Bock is a registered architect in Singapore since 2003. His project ranges from hotels, hospitals, schools and luxury homes.

Upon his graduation,  Bock was employed as project architect by PWD/CPG Consultants and was involved in the design development of MOE schools. Bock gained much experience in the design and project management with Jurong Consultants completing projects such as Biopolis at Buona Vista. With Surbana International Consultants, he designed the Bab Al Qasr hotel in Abu Dhabi. 

Bock was involved in the upgrading and development of United World College of South East Asia, Dover Campus, where he gained much experience and expertise in the design and development of education and institutional projects. Thereafter, he started BLT Architecture & Design in 2007 and Vanguard Architects in 2015 before joining LT&T AVID Architects Pte Ltd in 2023.
